Council on Foreign Relations Task Force Meeting
Gov. Hutchinson will be attending the Council on Foreign Relations Cuba Task Force meeting in New York City. The Council on Foreign Relations is first and foremost a membership organization whose individual and corporate members represent a group unmatched in accomplishment. Gov. Hutchinson will be speaking at the Export-Import Council, Little Rock, Arkansas, with the event honoring local businesses for excellence in global trade.
Shaping Ballots and Beyond
At this 2026 Civics Forum, hosted by the Maureen and Mike Mansfield Center, Gov. Hutchinson will be a guest speaker. This full-day conference is designed to inspire leadership, foster collaboration, and promote civic engagement through interactive learning experiences led by university faculty, staff, students, and community leaders.
This fall’s theme, Shaping Tomorrow: Ballots & Beyond, explores leadership, civic engagement, and the important role students play in shaping their communities and democracy. Through engaging workshops, discussions, and hands-on activities, participants will examine how civic participation extends beyond elections and into everyday actions that strengthen communities and create positive change.

The Vaccine Integrity Project delivers transparent, science-based vaccine information by rapidly countering inaccurate or misleading information, synthesizing evidence, and translating research for decision-making.
National Cold War Gala
Gov. Hutchinson is attending at the Arkansas Aeroplex for a special evening celebrating history, community and the future of the National Cold War Center, with former Poland President Lech Walesa and author John Grisham.
Arkansas Bar Association Induction into the Arkansas Legal Hall of Fame

NCWC’s big weekend is November 7-8. On the 7th, Gov. Hutchinson will be attending. On November 8th, the celebration culminates with the Annual Gala at the Arkansas Aeroplex— auctions, dinner, dancing with an outstanding array of guests. The event will take place in Blytheville, Arkansas.
Oxford Union Debate Series in Oxford, U.K.
Gov. Hutchinson will be attending and participating in the Oxford Union Debate series in Oxford, U.K. in their formal debate series. The Oxford Union has a rich history and a long tradition of bringing together world leaders, thinkers and influencers to debate issues and explore ideas across politics, religion, science, the arts and literature.
Scouting America
Gov. Hutchinson will be attending a meeting with the Natural State Council branch of Scouting America in Rogers, AR as a Scouting America Honoree.

12th Annual Mid-South Ag Law Conference
This conference will take place in person in Memphis, Tennessee, but will also be live streamed online for attendees who are unable to attend in person. It will feature 6 hours of continuing education, including an hour of ethics. Further, for participants who register by May 13th, 3 “bonus hours” of online continuing education will also be included.
